Instructions

Pilot your ship through the drifting letter bubbles — your ship carries its own letter (or wildcard), shown inside it. Touch a bubble that your letter can extend into a word to pop it for a big score. Bubbles that touch each other merge into words too, instead of bouncing apart.

  • Completing a full dictionary word scores its Scrabble-style value.
  • Completing a word of 6 or more letters also grants an extra life.
  • Touching a bubble that your ship's letter completes into a word pops it, scoring its Scrabble-style value ×10 — no life lost, and your ship gets a fresh letter.
  • Touching a bubble that doesn't form a word costs a life and respawns you at the centre with a new letter.
  • Rotate left/right and thrust to move your ship (see the Controls screen to remap keys).
  • Fire a deflector or popper missile to clear bubbles from a distance.
  • Popper: pops any bubble on contact, scoring its raw tile value (not multiplied by word length, unlike completing a word).
  • Deflector: knocks any bubble away without popping it.
  • Up to 5 missiles in flight at once; each expires after a limited range.
  • Endless: no win condition — survive as long as possible as the spawn rate slowly climbs.
  • Wave: every 100 points advances a wave, increasing bubble spawn rate and speed.

Finishing in the top 10 for your Game ID, game type, language, and dictionary prompts you to enter a 3-letter name for the leaderboard.
